Gucci Grief
Mom is an avid collector of limited edition bags and collectors items. Unfortunately, a few months after she bought the bag pictured above, the pins holding the "85th Edition" plaque in place fell off, and sadly enough the pins got lost too. Mom still has the plaque though, thank goodness.
Anyway she took the bag to the Gucci shop in Fanar, who said that they don't fix bags, nor do they ship them off to get fixed. They recommended she try Villa Moda, who in turn refused to fix the bag even though they are fully capable and equipped. This is because mom bought the bag at Heathrow, and the only way you could get your bag repaired at Villa Moda is to have had initially bought it from them. Cheap aren't they?!
So can anyone help and point us in the right direction as to how we could get this problem resolved?

the same thing happened to one of my bags, i wanted to beat the sales guy with it when he told me they wouldnt fix it
he said to take it to a place called "malik aljelood"
i didnt, i waited till i travelled, bs supposedly its good
tell them u'll pay for it. Or just tell them you bought it from them. Or email gucci and ask for a solution.
I am travelling to london end of this month, is there any way i can be helpfull?? i dont know where to get it fixed though...weird idea,,sorry just a thought!!
No clue, but that is really sad of Gucci Villa Moda to do that. Has your mother bought from them before? She should grill them for it!

sadly same thing happened to me twice!!
with gucci once with a bag and the next with a gucci file.
they didnt fix them in both cases.
everytime they come up with a new excuse.
so i simply take it to the repair bags shop. try the one in alrawda co-op.
cant you just use this as an excuse to go to london :P ?

enigma... we told them that and they still refused. they dont know how to go about repairs either, stupid fucks
3amer.... awwww that's so sweeet of you :) i guess you could go to the gucci store in heathrow and ask them what the procedure is if the store in kuwait refuses to repair and what we can do :/ thanks a dozen :*

Gucci Dubai will take care of it for you. They have amazing customer service and they would ship it to italy and fix it there and bring it back. Find someone going to dubai and send it with them.
